Returns

We accept returns on items which are unused and in dispatch condition complete with packaging. Items which do not fit are not eligible for return, this is because we print each garment to each customer specific requirement for size, colour and design, making it a custom product. We have a comprehensive size guide on this page and each listing has its own sizing chart and each page also has a link to a dedicated size chart page, we also prompt customers at checkout asking whether they have selected the correct size of garment. allow a tolerance of 1" ( 2.5cm) on each measurement. Best practice would be to measure a garment you already have for comparison before committing to buying a particular size.  

As screens can display item colours differently to the product due to contract, brightness and resolution settings we do not accept returns based on a colour not being an exact colour shade match. 

We will accept returns if there are any manufacturing faults or a different size has been sent from that ordered. Please contact us before you return an item explaining why you wish to return it and send a picture of the issue. Once we have received this information we will furnish you with return details, if your issue is eligible.
